ABOUT AZAAN

Azaan.ca’s motive is to serve as the wakeup call for people who are searching for the truth. We intend to create several topics for non-Muslims, atheists, new Muslims, and the people who are trying to get the right information about Islam with authentic references from the Holy Scriptures of major world religions. Our real inspiration is reverted brothers and sisters who come back to the original faith by researching about the true purpose or meaning of life. Their stories inspire us and make us think about our duties towards our Creator.

Azaan.ca aims to promote acquiring Islamic knowledge and to create an atmosphere of open and honest discussion regarding Islam. We also recognize that there are many different streams of thoughts that exist amongst Muslims which do not carry a uniform understanding of Islam and interpretation of the Holy Quran. In this regard, Azaan.ca seeks to be a destination for people of varying backgrounds and conflicting opinions pertaining to Islam and analyze their differences, and have the ability to provide and receive feedback all without fear of being berated or maliciously labeled.
